These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of knifeplano.com (the "Site"), operated by Knife Steakhouse ("Knife," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes — browsing our menus, learning about the restaurant, and contacting us. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated scraping, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Menus, Pricing & Availability

Menus, dishes, pricing, hours, and events shown on the Site are for general information and are subject to change without notice. Seasonal items and availability vary, and the in-restaurant menu and current pricing always govern. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate but do not warrant that every detail is current or error-free.

Reservations

Table reservations are made through Resy, a third-party platform, subject to Resy's terms and to any cancellation, deposit, or no-show policies that apply. Booking a reservation is a request that is confirmed through that platform, not through the Site itself.

Private Events & Inquiries

Submitting a private-dining or contact form is an inquiry only and does not create a confirmed booking. A private event is confirmed only once we have communicated directly and completed any required agreement or deposit. Details such as capacities, minimums, and pricing are subject to change and are finalized in writing.

Applications & Submissions

If you submit a job application, résumé, or other materials, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information beyond what a standard application requires. Submitting materials does not create any employment relationship or obligation on our part.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, photography, graphics, logos, and the Knife name and branding — are owned by Knife or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (for example, Resy for reservations and Google Maps for directions). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
