The main private dining room is sectioned off by a privacy curtain and seats up to 50 guests (60 standing), keeping your program separate from the main dining room. For smaller advisory boards and roundtables, a second room seats 12. It is a professional, unhurried environment where a speaker can present and a group can discuss without distraction.
Reliable A/V for the presentation
The room is ready for slides and data: an 80" TV, a dropdown projection screen, HDMI, and complimentary Wi-Fi. A/V is complimentary and set before guests arrive, so the presentation starts on time and stays on time — no scrambling for adapters between the reception and the program.
Dedicated service & precise timing
A dedicated chef and service team are assigned to your dinner and briefed on the run-of-show, so courses land around the presentation instead of interrupting it. Timing matters for these programs, and the team is used to working to an agenda from arrival through the closing remarks.
