Cow’s Milk - Georgia, USA- This cheese is made in the style of a French Farmhouse cheese, but its curds have been washed in Terminus Porter from Gate City Brewing in Roswell, Georgia. It gives off malty, hoppy flavors with a bit of a sharp finish.
Capriole Sofia
Goat’s Milk-Indiana, USA- Sofia represents everything you’ve ever wanted from a ripened goat cheese. At just under 2 weeks old, this cheese is silky and pleasantly tart. 2 time winner of the ACS Cheese competition.
Mahon
Cow’s Milk- Spain-This Artisanal Mahon is aged for 2 to 3 months giving it a superior buttery flavor in comparison to others. It is dense in texture with occasional holes that reveal an ivory interior. An excellently mild “semi-curado” that is palatable for everyone.
